Taking control of your metabolism is something everyone can do. The question is; How to do that? Well, by making these below-mentioned boosters part of your daily routine, controlling your metabolism’s work won’t be so difficult.

It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to be on a diet, breakfast is a must that should be not neglected. Many studies have indicated that people who regularly eat breakfast, filled with calories, gained from 1 to 1.5 pounds in five years. The ones who skipped this meal gained more than 3 extra pounds. They do also lead us to insulin resistance that leads to diabetes and other dangerous diseases.

Drink plenty of water

It’s a fact, people who start their day with a glass of water, and drink at least 1.5 liters per day, have higher metabolic rates than anyone else. Preferably, the water should be cold in order for your body to bur some extra calories for heating it up to your core temperature. Also, by consuming enough water, your digestive system will work better and faster. This will definitely help your metabolism be more efficient and make your system to properly break down all the nutrients you take through food. Also, gaining weight will be significantly prevented.

Drink some tea

Tea is considered to be the closest thing to metabolism potion. Especially green tea. Green tea promotes fat burning, by making our metabolism’s work more effective. The recommended amount is one to three cups per day. According to some recent studies, an active ingredient commonly found in green tea, called catechin, may sternly crank up our metabolism.
