_ The 2019 Murray Youth and Family Triathlon:
A race for youth and family ages 5-85!
Divisions:
5-6 years: swim 25 yd, bike .6 mi, run .25 mi [all in the park]
7-8 years: swim 50 yd, bike 1.2 mi, run .5 mi [all in the park]
9-10 years: swim 100 yd, bike 2.65 mi bike, run .7 mi
11+ years: swim 150 yd, bike 5.3 mi, run 1.2 mi
F1 Format for 15 years and up - open race [long course 2x]
Course Information:
All athletes swim in the 25 yard indoor pool. 5-8 year old athletes remain on a closed course in the Park. 9+ athletes ride a completely coned off course around the outside of the park and run paths inside the park.
Directions:
I-15 to the 5300 South exit. Go east, one block past State Street, and turn left. The Park Center is at the bottom of the hill. Park at the skating rink or anywhere in the park not blocked off for the race.
