Distances:
5 to 6 Year olds; swim 25 yard, bike .6 mile, run .25 mile
7 to 8 Year Olds; Swim 50 yard, bike 1.2 miles, run .5 mile
9 to 10 Year Olds: Swim 100 yard bike 2.65 miles, run .7 mile
11 and older Year olds: Swim 150 yard, bike 5.3 miles, run 1.2 miles
(11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
F1 format for 15 years of age and up. Open Race-Swim, Bike, Run the Long Course Twice!

Location: Race transition area in front of the Park Center

Short, Flat Course for 5 to 6 & 7 to 8 age group all in the Park

Age Groups:
