Nelson’s George Bennett has just moved into the Top-10 of this season’s Vuelta a Espana after today’s ninth stage.

Bennett was able to finish in the tenth position during today’s 200km stage only three minutes behind stage winner American Ben King.

Now, Bennett stands only 48 seconds away the overall race leader and red jersey holder Simon Yates from Britain. He has only a second-long advantage over Spain’s Alejandro Valverde.
