Participants can compete as a team or an individual.
Teams consist of 3 men, 3 women or a combination.
Child care available during race.
Medals to top three in the individual catagories and first place teams.
Entry fee includes:
Long sleeve t-shirt.
Use of the BACC facilities.
Post race snacks and child care.

Our unique triathlon starts with a ¼ mile swim in our 6 lane, indoor heated pool.
Next racers move on to bike a 20k through the rolling hills of Barron County.
Finish with a 5k road run.
