_ 2016 Barron Area Communtiy Center Icebreaker Triathlon:
• This unique triathlon starts with a lap swim in a 6 lane heated pool.
• Racers then bike and run through the beautiful countryside of Barron County.
• Participants can compete as a team or an individual.
• There is also a Novice Division for beginners!
Course Information:
• Pool Portion is done indoors.
• Bike and run are done outdoors.
• Advanced: Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 13.1 miles, Run 5K
• Novice: Swim 1/8 mile, Bike 5.2 miles, Run 1 mile
