Course Information:

  • 3.5 mile paddle up the west Branch of the Susquehanna River
  • 15.5 mile bike ride (all road) through the country side of the PA wilds
  • Finish with a 4 mile run on the river walk levee along the river.

    • Directions:

  • I-80 to exit 178 (Lock Haven) 220 N to Lock Haven exit.
  • Jay street cross river turn right you are there. you will see signs.
