These motivating and challenging cycling workouts blend all the elements you need to develop faster cycling. Improve your leg speed, cycling strength, muscular endurance. and aerobic capacity in a structured interval-based class. These are BYOBaT (bring your own bike and trainer) workouts that will allow you to practice your own bike position for maximum results.

This entitles you to all eleven Tri Faster Cycling workouts for the winter session (Saturdays 7AM-9AM, Jan 5, 2013-Mar 16, 2013).
