XTERRA Black Diamond starts with a swim in beautiful Lake Sawyer with the swimmers crossing XTERRA island on foot half way through the swim.
Then onto the mountain bike which is completely off road, true Pacific Northwest mountain biking.
The finish is around Frog Pond and includes single track and fire roads.
1/2terra is 1/2 the distance but all the fun.
All athletes receive a meal after finishing.
