2009 Trek/Danskin Tri Prep Camp II:

  • Train Where You Race! This one day camp is for returning Danskin Triathlon participants or intermediate triathletes who want to improve their finish times at the Trek Womens Tri in July or the Danskin SheROX Tri in September.
  • Camp includes race overview; open water swimming, biking and running on the Trek/Danskin race course; training and racing nutrition; speed work; improving transition times; peaking for race day.

     

    • Course Information:

  • Preparation for the Trek Womens Triathlon on July 12 and/or the Danskin SheROX Triathlon on Sept 27, both held at the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

    • Other Info:

  • Danskin Triathlon Prep Camp I will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2009 at the RecPlex.
