Triathlon : Swim 300 Yards, Bike 10 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles

Sponsored by Speed Feet this Triathlon is ideal for both Beginner Triathletes as well as Seasoned ones.

Swim:

Start indoors with a serpentine swim of 1/4 miles.

Certified lifeguards will be monitoring the swim course.

Bike:

Road-race course will start immediately following the swim and proceed throughout the back roads of Springboro.

All major intersections will be monitored by volunteers and/or city police officers.

A more detailed course map will be available closer to race day.

Run:

Mainly flat run course will start immediately following the bike course.

The beautiful Settlers Walk Community will constitute most of the run course.
