- Relay Division is available in the Sprint and Olympic Triathlon!
Kid's Aquathlon
[ 25m SWIM | 1 mile RUN ]
[ 50m SWIM | 1 mile RUN ]
[ 100m SWIM | 1 mile RUN ]
- Kids can choose the distance they swim based on their comfort level in the water.
- All kids will run the same distance.

The Capitol View Triathlon is held at Governor Nelson State Park. The park is situated on Lake Mendota with a beautiful view of downtown Madison.
The swim is a loop starts and finishes at the beach. The swim is a deep water start.
The bike course takes you through beautiful country side with some moderately challenging rolling hills.
The run course is an exciting and challenging course that is all on trails! The surface is a mixture of dirt, grass, and wood chips.

Governor Nelson State Park is located on the north shore of Lake Mendota, directly across the lake from downtown Madison.
Entrance to the park is located on Highway M at Oncken Road.
