  • An event for everyone:
  • Tri-it triathlon (1/4 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run/walk) - 9:15 am
  • Sprint triathlon (1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run/walk) - 9:00 am
  • Olympic triathlon (1 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run/walk) - 8:30 am
  • Sprint duathlon (12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run/walk) - 9:00 am
  • Olympic duathlon (25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run/walk) - 8:30 am
  • Swim in Klineline pond, ride through the hills of Felida and run/walk the Salmon Creek Trail.
  • Teams are welcome!

    • Course Information:


  • Start of the day with a well supported, safe swim.
  • Followed by a great bike ride with rolling hills (and a couple of steep ones), the hills on the Olympic course are fast down with the speed to coast up the other side in several cases
  • Then transition into a run on a asphalt trail along marshlands, and Salmon Creek.

  • I5 to exit #5, go west to Hazel Dell Ave,
  • Turn North on Hazel Dell Ave, follow Hazel Dell Ave until 117th and Turn East (right) on 117th,
  • Follow 117th until Klineline Pond Parking Area on your left hand side.
  • If you go under I5 you have gone just a little bit too far.
