Description:

Participants must provide their own swim suit, swim caps, goggles, biking and running clothing.
Swimming takes place in the 25 yard lap pool. Biking will be done on stationary bikes and running will be done on treadmills.

Participants will complete a 20 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and 20 minute run with 10 minute transition times between each event.
This event will be held at the Livonia Community Recreation Center.
Swimming takes place in the 25 yard Lap pool.
Biking will be on upright stationary bikes.
Running will be done on treadmills.
