The MSE Training Weekend is a 3 day program geared for the triathlete looking to prepare and excel in any triathlon distance from the beginner to the elite.
Learn from the BEST coaches in the sport of triathlon.
This training will have a positive and dramatic effect on your triathlon experience. Group work outs will be divided into beginner, experienced and elite.

Fee is $250 which includes:
Group lectures and one-on-one training;
training sessions in swimming, cycling, and running;
dartfish analyses of run and swim to take home;
power output testing;
computrainer spin scan;
technique evaluation and correction;
meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch;
Gatorade, fruit, snacks and energy bars provided during the weekend; Free entry into a MSE triathlon or duathlon of your choice, great giveaways;
and all printed material.
