Triathlon : Ages 11-14: Swim- 150 yds; Bike- 3.75 miles; Run- 1.2 miles

Course: The swim will take place in the High School pool. The bike course will be a loop around the High School, and the run course will be on High School property and the track. Riders must wear helmet when riding on bike.

Includes: Race, *T-shirt, award, and snacks
*MUST BE REGISTERED BY FRIDAY, MAY 13th BY 4:30PM TO GUARANTEE A T-SHIRT
ALL BIKES MUST BE IN TRANSITION AREA NO LATER THAN 1:20PM
