Course Information:
Description of Palouse River Duathlon Race:
The Palouse River Duathlon is a multi-sport race with multiple surfaces of terrain. All events will be based out of the Palouse City Park, 505. W. Main. Events include (registration, transition area, start line, finish line, awards, and feed zones). With multiple surfaces for the course all competitors must be able to run and bike on surfaces which include and are not limited to asphalt pavement, cement, gravel roads, and dirt paths. With this course mountain bikes or equivalent equipment is required (no road bikes).

Race through the rolling hills along the Palouse River and wheat fields in a multi-surface duathlon. The race consists of a 2 mile run, 10 mile bike, 2 mile run. The course based out of Palouse Washington is full of beauty and challenges. Come race as an individual or part of a team.
