Every participant receives a T-shirt and participation medal. Awards are given to the top 3 finishers
in each age group. Helmets required for participants during the triathlon bike course. Life jackets
are available for the triathlon swim course, if needed. This is a fun event to promote the interest in
triathlons and to promote a healthy lifestyle.
