Race format:
• 10 minute swim
• 10 minute transition
• 20 minute spin bike
• 5 minute transition
• 15 minute treadmill run
Medals to overall and age group winners, 3 deep. Raffle prizes for participants from the RecPlex, Road ID, and other sponsors (must be present to win). Post-race Refreshments, Goodie Bag, T-shirt.
Course Information:
10 minute swim, 20 minute spin bike, 15 minute treadmill run
Directions:
• Take I-94 to Exit 347 at Highway 165 (approximately 2 miles north of Illinois state line).
• Travel east on 165, turn left on Terwall Terrace into Prairie Springs Park to the LakeView RecPlex.
