AARC’s Cool Running School is a 6-week winter running program designed to help runners learn to run through the cold and snow of winter.
6-week Program - Starts Monday 1/2/17 and ends with the Run Broadway 4-mile Run on Saturday 2/11/17.
Cost: $43 for the 6-week program.
Program Includes: 2 weekly organized group runs. Monday mini-clinics on topics related to winter running. Coupon for your next pair of shoes and apparel at Ann Arbor Running Company. Training plan to get your ready for the Run Broadway 4-mile.
Training Days: 6pm on Mondays at Ann Arbor Running Co. 2755 Oak Valley Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. 6pm on Thursdays at Panera Bread. 1773 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
Pace Groups: We know that not everyone coming into the program will be at the same level, so will split the program up into 2-3 groups. Each group will have a coach to help them complete the workout.
