There will be awards for the Top 3 Males and Females in each 1 year age groups from 5- 15.
Course Information:
There are two courses, Junior and Senior. There will be a water station on the run course and plenty of volunteers stationed along the course.
Junior Course is:
- Swim 50 Yards in pool (2 laps)
- Bike 1.5 Miles on closed course (out and back)
- Run 1/2 Mile on closed course
Senior Course is:
- Swim 100 Yards in pool (4 laps)
- Bike 3 Miles on closed course (out and back)
- Run 1 Mile on closed course
