This program is designed to improve your swimming, cycling and running skills to prepare for a triathlon. This program will have you ready for an Indoor Tri to be held at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Greenfield on December 11. You can join this program whether or not you plan to register for the triathlon. Either way you will improve your fitness, boost your triathlon skills, and have a lot of fun training with like-minded individuals.
This training program includes:
This is part of a 10 week program to be held at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Greenfield, WI.
On Oct. 9th the workout will be Running and a Lecture.
On Oct. 16th the workout will be Swimming and cycling.
On Oct. 23rd the workout will be Run and Strength Training.
On Oct. 30th the workout will be Swimming and cycling.
On Nov. 6th the workout will be Run and Strength Training.
On Nov. 13th the workout will be Swimming and cycling.
On Nov. 20th the workout will be Run and Strength Training.
On Nov. 27th the workout will be Swimming, Cycling and Running.
On Dec. 4th the workout will be Swimming and cycling.
