2016 Defiance Optimist CASH Sprint Triathlon/Joe Tubbs Memorial:
This is the Defiance Optimist 6th year having this race and we have always had a great group of athletes, This race pays Cash to the top 5 overall finishers in the male and female triathlon and top 3 in the 5K, we serve a lunch following and give out many door prizes. This year we are proud to have as our Main Sponsor AUTOQUIP and naming the sprint Triathlon The "JOE TUBBS MEMORIAL"
Course Information:
This is a flat and fast race could get a little wind out in the open fields, the run has been changed from years past to running through a neighborhood across the street and back along the reservoir to a great loop at the finish. ( no calling the race director names for the awesome finish)
Directions:
Through town on Clinton St for about 1 mile turn left on Kiser Rd will dead end at race site.
