2016 Tamarac Turkey Trot 5K and 10K:
In 2016 the Tamarac Turkey Trot will offer something for everyone! Participate in a 5K or 10K chip timed race, an untimed 5K walk or a 1/2-mile fun run for kids!
Register before Thursday, September 15 for the 5K or 10K race and take advantage of Train2Trot, a free training program. The Train2Trot:10K, a 20-week 10K training program, and Train2Trot: 5K, a10-week 5K training program, will include:
- A weekly training email with schedule and tips
- Weekly training run sessions
- Individualized coaching
