This is an indoor event. A swim, bike and run in which everyone will be racing the same amount of time. The challenge is to get as much distance as you can in the set among of time. The times are as follows: 10 minute swim (In an indoor pool); 10 minute transition; 20 minute bike (On a stationary bike); 5 minute transition; 15 minute run (On an indoor track)
Course Information:
The swim portion will be held in Ohio state's 25 yard competition pool in the McCorkle aquatic center. The bike portion will be held 2 floors up on digital stationary bikes. The run will be held on the indoor track on the upper level of the RPAC.
