Here is your chance to "Try a Tri" without the intimidating factor of the outdoors! All skill levels are welcome!
The triathlon will include:
15 minute swim
30 minute bike ride
5K run on a treadmill
After you are finished with each event included in the tri, you will record your own distances.
Other Info:
Race waves will begin every 40 minutes. You will be called with your start time four days before the race.
