Sprint Triathlon: 425 yd pool swim, 15 mile bike, 5k run. Start in HealthWorks indoor pool, swim 17 - 25 yerd lengths; exit pool to designated bike area, travel west on Elm to Jackson, turn right on Sheppard, travel straight down Champagnolle to the turn around at Old Country Road. Travel back down Champagnolle to North Madison, turn left (heading south) toward HealthWorks, turn right on Elm to finishline. Rack bike, and run west on Elm to Jackson, turn right and travel north to Sheppard , turn right, go one block, then turn left on North Madison. Travel down N. Madison to 17th, turn right and right again onto Euclid, go up two blocks to 15th street, turn right, then left onto Madison and straight back to HealthWorks. Turn right on Elm to the finishline.
Event details and schedule
Packet pick up all day Friday until 8:30pm and again on Saturday morning starting at 6:00 a.m. Pool warm up begins when the first lifeguard arrives.
7:30 a.m. at the pool.
