Course Information:
The start is a traditional cross country start with the entire field toeing the line. At the gun, runners cross an open field before heading out on the trail system. The trails are wide and are groomed year round. At the finish, runners leave the trail for the last open field sprint to the finish line.
The 5K is one loop and the 10K is two loops.
There is also a 5K walk division which will follow the same course as the run.
