2015 Invasion Run:
• Like living in a science-fiction movie, or a real-life X-Files that leaves "We Are Not Alone" T-shirts soaked in sweat, The Invasion Run combines the thrills of a race with the adventure of a "little green men" invasion for a unique themed racing experience. Armed with glow sticks, contestants consisting of aliens, humans, monsters, robots, spacemen, and other characters of sci-fi lore race under the starry sky for the prize across five cleverly crafted battlegrounds. Race trails carved in fields of corn give way to creepy crop circles, an alien mothership, the mysterious Area 51, and a slimy slime dump and slime pit that covers racers in unearthly goop.

Participants should park on the streets north-east of race area (see map below)

All racers should arrive at least 15 minutes before start time

We encourage racers to bring good trail shoes, head lamps, costumes, insect repellent, alien repellent, and other night running gear

Racers should be aware that streets will not be closed for this race and traffic will be allowed to flow freely during the event

Please be courteous and cautious of other runners

No firearms, fireworks, smoking, alcohol

Ray guns, light sabers, and radioactive sludge are okay
-
Strollers will not be allowed in the Invasion Run (be aware that most of the course is on trails)

The race is family friendly and runners will not be chased by volunteers
