Looking forward to the warmth of summer when you can run outside and swim in a lake? No time like the present to start planning your summer activities! Join us July 11, 2015 for the 3rd annual Splash-n-Dash Duathlon. Swim in the beautiful water of Jack Lake and run the wooded trails of Veterans Memorial Park.. It will be a day of swimming, running, friendship and fun to support our local swim club, the Antigo Penguins. Our Splash-n-Dash duathlon race, the only one of its kind in our area, involves swimming either½ or ¼ mile in Jack Lake, then running a 5K around the trails of the Park. Racers can compete individually or as a tandem team, with one swimming and one running. Prices for the race range from $30 for an individual to $55 per team. Please register early as prices will increase as the race gets closer.
