The Dooby Du is a low-key, fun, Formula 1 Format, (USAT) Duathlon challenge.
The event begins in the suburban Secor Metropark, just west of Toledo in Berkey, Ohio. This duathlon is a fun event for people looking for that fast Formula 1 experience.
The Formula 1 Format is run, bike, run, bike, run event. Your legs will be screaming at the finish line, but your face will be smiling.
Event Strategy
Get the best transition practice you can. Your legs might feel like jello, and you will learn what you need to work on. Strategize for a flat course!
Spectator Tips
The best spectator viewing will be at the transition, were you can watch your friends and family come and go three times. There will be a lot of action and calling out — friendly competition from athletes around the northwest Ohio area and surrounding states.
