Course Information:
Run is on trails, fire roads, meadows and the Pine Forest in the Glen Helen Nature Preserve.
Come out and enjoy an amazing off road run/walk through the amazing preserve. You never know, you may be running along a family of Squirrels or even racing a bunch of deer along the path.
