2015 South Davis Labor Day Triathlon:

• One of our signature races in our race series, the Labor Day triathlon is a well organized and well attended race every year! Come join us on September 7, 2015! We have a distance for everyone!
Course Information:
Sprint Course:
The sprint course begins in the pool area at the South Davis Recreation Center. Race starts at 8:00am!
• Swim: 350 yard serpentine swim. Swimmers will be seeded by estimated swim time and wave start 8 seconds apart.
• Transition area: Located in the back parking lot of the facility, adjacent to the park and Bountiful Junior High.
• Bike: 12 mile bike that connects to Legacy Parkway trail and cirlces back to the Recreation Center.
• Run: 3.2 mile run that stays on local streets of South Davis County and back to the Center.
Novice/Youth Course:
This course also starts in the pool area of the South Davis Recreation Center. It will begin after all sprint racers have started.
• Swim: 150 yard serpentine swim. Swimmers will be seeded by estimated swim time and wave start 8 seconds apart.
• Bike: 2.4 mile bike on local roads close to the facility
• Run: 1.2 mile run on local roads close to the facility
