2015 Fremont Triathlon:
• The Fremont Triathon is a sprint event for participants ages 6-100. We are an excellent introduction to the sport of triathlon for beginners and see many returning participants each year. Only in Fremont will you see newbies and hardcore triathletes on the same course cheering each other on until the last finisher comes home. We want everyone to experience the sense of pride that finishing a triathlon can bring and encourage you to come out and join our family.
• NEW THIS YEAR....RELAY TEAMS!! If you aren't comfortable doing every event yourself grab two other friends or family members to join you!
• However you want to compete, whatever your ability, this is the race for you! See you on the beach!!!
Course Information:
• The Fremont Triathlon takes place at a quiet resort near Fremont, WI.
• The 1/8 mile swim is in a man-made lake at the resort.
• Participants next complete an 11.2 mile bike through relatively quiet county roads with one long, gradual hill around the half way point.
• Be aware this is an open course and bike helmets are mandatory.
• The race ends with a two mile run.
