This is our first ever Salamander Shuffle Aquathon!!! It will be held at the Defiance Area YMCA in the competition lap pool and then will continue and finish on the High School 5k course outdoors. Participants will compete 12 at a time and we will have racing heats 20 minutes apart. The swim is 500 yards, transition in the pool area and then the run is an outdoor 5k.
We unfortunately are going through some website changes and the flyer is not on there and may not be before the race date. If interested, you can sign up the day of, just contact Kaitlin Switzer the race director and let her know ahead of time that you are planning on attending.

The YMCA is right next to the Defiance High School. Parking will find but kind of crowded due to our church services that are held at the Y on Sundays.
