A great race for both the first time triathlete and the seasoned veteran. This race is short but challenging and only 30 minutes west of downtown Denver in the foothills of the Colorado Front Range. Racers will compete for a $1000 purse as well as great age group prizes. The course will be well marked and chock full of amazing volunteers to help direct you along the race course. The best post race feast in the sport of triathlon, courtesy of Mount Vernon Country Club, follows the event along with beer, drinks and fantastic expo.
Course Information:
- A 525 yard pool swim in 12 waves of 24 swimmers.
- 10 mile road bike the will cross and climb the steep and winding roads of Lookout Mountain.
- 3 mile run on the dirt roads of Mount Vernon Country Club.

Directions:
Exit Interstate 70 at Exit 254 and head north for 1.4 miles into Mount Vernon Country Club to the clubhouse and great parking attendants.
