2011 Give it a Tri Indoor Triathlon:

  • An indoor sprint triathlon for the beginner or the advanced competitor.
  • All events are held indoors
  • Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase equipment for Duncan Regional Hospital's Rehabiliation department.
  • Medals for age groups: 1-15; 16-19; 20-24;25-29;30-34;35-39;40-44;45-49;50-54;55-59;60-64;65-69;70 & up
  • Medals for teams that finish 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
  • Trophies for overall male, overall female and overall team

    • Course Information:

    All events are held indoors
  • Snake swim 300 meters.
  • Stationary bike ride 8 miles on a spinner bike.
  • Run 3.1 miles on an indoor track.
