- Start off your triathlon season with the Skyline Triathlon! A fundraiser for the Skyline High School swim program, Sky Tri is a super early-season tri, featuring a pool swim! This event is perfect for first timers or for those who want to get an early start on the 2015 race season. The mostly flat bike course — there’s one very steep downhill on the way out and an equally steep uphill on the way back — takes participants along the scenic Huron River Drive, while the fast and flat run course travels around the school grounds and the surrounding Ann Arbor neighborhoods.
This event is paratriathlon friendly. Tandem bikes are available for visually impaired athletes. If you would like to use one of our bikes, please email [email protected]. Note to paratriathletes: The steep downhill is about a 10% grade and leads into a sharp left turn. It may not be suitable for all paratriathletes.
Directions:
Take M-14 West to Exit 2 (Maple Road/Miller Road). Turn north at the exit ramp. Skyline High School will be on the right.
