2015 High Blue Waves Indoor Triathlon:
• Our popular Indoor Triathlon event has returned!
• Join us in this multisport event to support all proceeds going to support the USA and Recreational League of the High Blue Waves Swim Team!
Order of Events:
• Swim: 10 minutes, distance will be measured in laps, followed by a 10 minute transition.
• Bike: 20 minutes, distance will be recorded in miles on Keiser Bikes, followed by a five minute transition.
• Run: 20 minutes, distance will be recorded in miles on treadmills.
Divisions:
Male and Female 8-10, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ **Children must be 8 years of age with an adult to participate. **Children must be at least 12 years of age to compete without an adult present.
Heats:
• Heats will run approximately every 30 minutes beginning at 6am with the final heat starting at 11:30am.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your heat start time.
Awards:
• Trophies will be awarded for age group winners.
• All participants will receive a participation medal.
Post-Race:
• Complimentary refreshments and fruit.
• Health Fair
• Massages
• Silent Auction

Take I-49 S/US 71-S to Exit 175 (State Hwy Y/163rd Street)
Turn left onto 163rd Street.
Continue onto 163rd street.
Take a right on N. Mullen Rd.
Take your first right onto Bill Jones Dr.
