2016 High Blue Waves Indoor Triathlon:
Please join us in the fun, family friendly multisport event! All proceeds go to help support the USA and Recreational Leauge of the Waves Swim Team.
Open for ages 8 years of age and up.
Divisions:
Male and Female
8-10, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+
Awards
Trophies will be awareded for age group winners.
All participants will receive a participation medal.

Course Information:
Swim: 10 Minutes:
• Distances will be measured in laps.
• Followed by a 10 minute tranisiton to the bike.
Bike: 20 Minutes:
• Distances will be recorded in miles on Keiser Bikes.
• Followed by a 5 minute transition to the run.
Run: 20 Minutes:
• Distance will be recorded on treadmills.
Directions:
• Take I-49 S/US 71-S to Exit 175 (State Hwy Y/163rd Street)
• Turn left onto 163rd Street.
• Continue onto 163rd street.
• Take a right on N. Mullen Rd.
• Take your first right onto Bill Jones Dr.
