2014 Miamisburg Triathlon:
Proceeds will benefit the Miamisburg Youth Scholarship Fund
Canoe: 2.5 miles
Run: 5k (3.1 miles)
Bike: 11 miles
Participants can participate as solo or as a two-person team.
For the two-person teams, canoes, paddles and PFD’s are included with entry fee.
Solo participants need to bring their own kayak. However, limited rentals are available by calling Great Miami Outfitters at 937.847.8787 or Barefoot Canoes at 937.698.4351. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, July 9 at 5 p.m. The cost is $20 for a kayak, kayak paddle and PFD and includes delivery to and from Riverfront Park.
Rules of the road and helmets are mandatory for the bike portion of the race.
Riverfront Park is located at 3 N. Miami Ave. Plenty of free parking available.
Deadline to register is Friday, July 11 at 10 a.m.
