This race is great for first time or beginner triathlon or 5k, while still being competitive for those mad skilled veterans! New this year are kid's categories (kids being defined as 15 years old and younger): Kid's Relay Team and Kid's Ball and Chain categories have been added so encourage your youngsters to join in the fun!
Course Information:
Canoe 2 miles around Lake Martha - Just make sure to watch out for the Lutefisk!
Bike 11 miles through the rolling hills and beautiful views of Trempealeau and Jackson Counties.
Run 3.1 miles on a relatively flat course with a few hills for a challenge. Sprint, run, trot, walk, jog the pace is up to you!
Start and finish are both located in Stoddard Park.
