• Race is chip timed.
• Swim is point to point along the bank of a man made lake. The course is well marked with lifeguards stationed every 50 yds.
• Run to Transition Area is carpeted.
• Bike course features rolling hills with some shaded roads and minimal traffic.
• Run is challenging - rolling hills with little shade.
• The course will have aid stations at the Transition Area, Mile 1 and Mile 2 on the Run.
• Be sure to hang around afterwards for the post race food, party, and awards ceremony.

Take these directions if you are traveling to Hattiesburg coming from the:(Allow for an additional 30 minutes to get to the race site from I-59/Hwy 49 interchange) From HATTIESBURG:  Travel west on Hwy 98.  Go approximately 14 miles west of I-59.  You will be in Oloh, MS.  There will be a Chevron station on your right.  Travel another 1/2 mile and turn left onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.    Travel 2.5 miles, and Heritage subdivision will be on your left.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right..  FROM THE NORTH (Jackson, MS.):  Travel on Hwy 49 South.  Get on I-59 South towards New Orleans.  Go about 2 miles.  Take Exit 65 for US HWY 98 West towards Columbia, MS.   Travel approximately 14 miles.  There will be a Chevron station on your right.  Go another 1/2 mile, and turn left onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.  Travel 2.5 miles, and Heritage subdivision will be on your left.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right. FROM THE SOUTH (New Orleans:)  Travel North on I-59.  Take exit 51 ("Purvis"  )  turn left onto Hwy 589 West.  Stay on Hwy 589 and go thru a stoplght and a stop sign.  Go about .7 of a mile and look for a LARGE GREEN SIGN that says "Lamar Christian Academy."  Turn approx. 100 yards past this sign onto Purvis-Oloh Rd. to the LEFT.   Continue on Purvis-Oloh Rd. until you get to Heritage subdivision on your right, approx. 12 miles.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right.  FROM THE SOUTH (Biloxi, MS.):  Travel on Hwy 49 North to south Hattiesburg.  Get on US HWY 98 West.  Get on I-59 North towards Laurel, MS.  Take Exit 65 B for US HWY 98 West towards Columbia, MS.  Travel approximately 14 miles.  There will be a Chevron station on your right.  Go another 1/2 mile, and turn left onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.  Travel 2.5 miles, and Heritage subdivision will be on your left.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right. FROM THE WEST:   Travel on US HWY 98 West.  Go approximately 15 miles past Columbia, MS.  Turn right onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.  Travel 2.5 miles, and Heritage subdivision is on your left.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right. FROM THE EAST (Meridian):  Travel on I-59 South to Hattiesburg.  Take Exit 65 for US HWY 98 West towards Columbia, MS.  Travel approximately 14 miles.  There willbe a Chevron station on your right.  Go another 1/2 mile, and turn left onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.  Travel 2.5 miles and Heritage subdivision will be on your left.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right.. FROM THE EAST (Mobile):   Come into Hattiesburg on US HWY 98 West.  Get onto I-59 North, towards Laurel, MS.  Take Exit 65 B for US HWY 98 West towards Columbia, MS.  Travel approximately 14 miles.  There will be a Chevron stationon your right.  Go another 1/2 mile and turn left onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.  Travel 2.5 miles and Heritage subdivision will be on your left.  Turn into the main gate and then take your first right. ***When you turn into HERITAGE, take your first right.  Stay on this main road  for @ 1 mile, and it will take you to the race site.***

• When all else fails, FOLLOW THE SIGNS.

• PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.
