Shamrock Indoor Triathlon :
triathlon : Swim 20 minutes, Bike 20 minutes, Run 20 minutes

The Shamrock Indoor Triathlon is based off of distance completed in 60 minutes of competing in a triathlon format.

Places are determined by the total distances completed between swim, bike and run.

All legs are held indoor at the Westview Healthplex Sports Club in our 25 yard lap pool, on LeMond Indoor Cycling Bikes and our Indoor Track.

20 minute swim
5 minute transition (swim to bike)
20 minute bike
2 minute transition (bike to run)
20 minute run

There will also be a Youth Duathlon.
