2010 Shamrock Youth Duathlon :

  • This race is in a run, swim, run format. Athletes will start on track, after the allowed run time they will proceed to the pool, eventually returning to track to finish.
  • The goal of the race is to track the longest distance in each of the segments, and of course to HAVE FUN!
  • This races is great for first timers.
  • There will also be an Indoor Triathlon.

    • Course Information:

    25 Yard Indoor Pool, ¼ mile indoor track
  • Ages 11-17 (15 minute Run, 15 minute Swim, 15 minute Run)
  • Ages  6 -10 (10 minute Run, 10 minute Swim, 10 minute Run)

    • Directions:

    Locate on Indianapolis' West Side just off of 65 N/S
