2013 Labor Day Triathlon /Duathlon & kids mini-tri:
Come celebrate the end of summer by participating in this event.
INDIVIDUALS OR 2/3 PERSON TEAMS.
SPRINT TRIATHLON: 250 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run.
DUATHLON: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run.
KIDS RACE (13 UNDER): 25 yard swim or wade, 3/4 mile bike, 1/4 mile run.
Enjoy lots of postrace food and quality awards.
Course is perfect for beginners or veterans
SPRINT TRIATHLON: SWIM: In small man-made lake water temperature around 70. Wetsuits are recommended, but not required. BIKE: Out and back, flat on paved scenic country roads, with no hills and few turns. RUN: Out and back, flat with an aid station with water and Gatorade at the turnaround.
KIDS MINI-TRI: SWIM: Swim or wade is shallow water along buoy line. BIKE: One lap of lake on paved trail. RUN: Out and back on trail. The course is perfect for beginners and veterans.

Elma is 30 miles west of Olympia on highway 8
From the north:
Off of I-5 take Hwy 101 north and follow to Hwy 8 west to Elma.
Take the second exit and fo left over the freeway.
Turn right on Wenzelslough road.
Park is on the right side.

Take exit 88B (Aberdeen) off of I-5.
Take Hwy 12 to Elma.
Turn left on Hwy 8, take the next exit and follow signs to the park.
