SDTC is an event unlike any other in the world. Inspiration, perspiration and determination are the words of the day, as more than 150 of the world's top physically challenged athletes take on this grueling yet rewarding course alongside 500 able-bodied triathletes, celebrities and pros. This event is fun for the whole family!
EVENT FEATURES
Participation includes a weekend full of activities including:
- A one-of-a-kind "challenge" distance triathlon
- One of the most breathtaking courses in the country.
- Opportunity to compete side-by-side, as an individual or on a relay team, with Ironman Champions like Chris McCormack, athlete super-stars like Bill Walton, world-class challenged athletes and other celebrities.
- A motivational "A Celebration of Abilities" dinner and awards presentation showcasing some of CAF's amazing stories.
- The industrys "best schwag bag," (valued at $350), and other unique event amenities like a participant continental breakfast and post-event BBQ.
- Chance to fundraise for awesome incentive prizes including products from Oakley, Garmin, 2XU and more.

Course Information:
This is not a race or a competition. It is a triathlon event that tests the ability of even the toughest of athletes. The challenge is great, but the rewards are priceless.

Aid Stations
There will be three aid stations on the bike course and seven aid stations on the run, including one in the transition area.
Aid Stations will be stocked with:
- Water
- Sports drink
- Coke
- Clif Bars
- GU
- Fruit, cookies, and chips
Aid Stations will also feature the SDTC official sunscreen:
- KINeSYS
