Check-In:Race packet pick-up is Friday, August 10th from 7-10 am at 2525 Cedarwood Court AND at the pool on Friday, August 10th from 6-8 pm., otherwise you can pick it up at the Registration Table on race day. Check-in will be held on the morning of the event beginning at 6:45 am. There is no registration on race day.
You may not participate if all forms have not been turned in prior to race day. There will be three numbered articles in your Race Packet: 1 large colored race bib number and 2 smaller yellow adhesive tags. The colored race bib needs to be pinned on the front of your t-shirt using the attached safety pins. Do not remove the tag from the bottom of the race bib. It will be collected from your child at the end of the race so that we can determine his/her official time. The small yellow tags are for the helmet and the bike. Check to be sure the two numbers match the number on the race bib. Put one tag on the front of the helmet. Put the other tag on the cross bar or handle bar of the bike. Both tags are used to identify your childs bike and helmet which helps keep their equipment together in the transition area. At 7:45 am we will gather at the flagpole for announcements, important reminders about SAFETY on the course, and the National Anthem.
