Join Tri Faster for a fun, fast paced class. The Tri Faster Run Circuit workout combines short bursts of running with full body, dynamic strength exercises. A mixture of sports inspired cardio and strength conditioning exercises are used to challenge you to become stronger, leaner and all-around fit. Exercises will be adapted so they fit your fitness level. Move to the next level with this unique class.
NOTE: This class meets on Thursday mornings from May 30th, 2013 to August 29th, 2013 (no class July 4th). The class is broken up into two sessions that can be registered for separately (13 workout total).
