The Croixathlon is a 600-yard open water swim, 15-mile rolling hill bike, 3-mile trail run that serves as a fundraiser for YMCA Camp St. Croix. The proceeds of this race are used to support a fabulous place for people from all walks of life to get outside and play!
The Croixathlon is a fun, well-managed and gorgeous race that is less than 25 minutes from the Twin Cities. We have over 150 volunteers assuring that every step of your race is safe and motivated. The event is chip-timed and functional gifts are awarded to top finishers by age/gender. Participants can also bank on a bunch of laughs and unparalleled fellowship. In short, your race will be fun and inspiring!
The top male and female athlete to ascend the infamous and near-vertical beach path transition are awarded crowns and capes and dubbed King and Queen of the HILL!
Course Information:
1/3 mile swim in the clear and weed-free off our private beach on the St. Croix River.
15 scenic miles of rolling county roads
3 mile trail run through woods and prairie; Camp St. Croix features add visual interest
